If you have not received your order after 2-3 business days, please contact us via the form quoting your order number.

Anyone can receive your order if they reside at the address you have provided. They will be asked for a signature as a proof of delivery.

We offer free delivery on all orders over €50. 

For any orders under, there will be a €3 charge.

We can ship internationally however, there will be additional postage charges.
